In this position, the hand will be placed parallel to but behind the starting line and according to the width of the shoulders. The weight of the body is distributed on the rear knee and hands. In the starting position, the shoulders can be moved ahead of starting line. The neck should be in resting position but the concentration of athlete should be towards the next command.
