Water, air School building All these – time, energy, money, knowledge, interest, skills, materials – are resources. Resources are anything which we make use of while carrying out any activity. They help us in accomplishing our goals. You may need more of a certain resource for a particular activity as compared to other resources.
In the previous chapter, you have learnt about your own strengths. These are your resources. Anything which is not used by us is not a resource. For example, a bicycle which has not been used for long and is just lying at your place may not be a resource for you.
However, it may be a resource to someone else. If you re-look at the list of resources above, you will find that resources can be classified as– Human resources Non Resources-human resources or material goods Resources can be classified in different ways.
