A person who is learning and practising the skills of particular job is called trainee. Trainees should be selected on the basis of self- interest and recommendation by the supervisor or by the human resource department itself. . Who are Trainers? Trainer is a person who teaches skills to employee and prepare them for a job activity. Trainers may be supervisor, coworkers, HR staffs, specialists in the other parts of the company, outside consultants, industry association,faculty members of Educational Institutions like University etc. The trainers is otherwise called Instructor, Coach, Teacher, Mentor, Adviser, Counsellor, Guide, Guru, Manager, Handler, Tutor and Educator etc,. .
